The main production centre, located in Spinazzola, a small village in the Apulian hinterland of the Puglia Tableland, enjoys an excellent hilly position, where traditional working methods, combined with the ideal climate, contribute to ensure, now as in the past, a perfect maturing of the salami and cured meats. The authenticity of the raw materials used, along with our swift and prompt service, are hallmarks of the company’s identity.
The new operation is almost exclusively devoted to the production of matured cold meats: sausages, pancetta, soppressata, capocollo and pork loin. In order to be able to offer to our customers maximum guarantees concerning the production chain and quality, the business has put in place a structure devoted to the processing and boning of fresh home reared pork, rigorously selected.
Moreover, it has developed, documented and certified its own management system for quality and food safety to meet the labelling regulations of the EEC.
